Your Impact

In this role, you’ll guide homeowners through inspections and the insurance claims journey, translating complex steps into simple choices. You’ll manage conversations from the first knock to a signed restoration agreement and see projects through the typical ~60-day cycle to completion.

• Inspect roofs and exteriors; document and photograph storm damage
• Explain repair options and the insurance process in plain language
• Measure, scope, and estimate projects accurately
• Develop business through self-prospecting and run company-generated leads

What This Job Is Really Like

• Lead generation is non-negotiable — you build your pipeline and work ours
• You’ll climb ladders and get on roofs in both heat and cold
• Storm surges bring evening and Saturday work
• Some days include 100+ miles of driving and independent work blocks of 6+ hours

What You’ll Need

• Natural comfort meeting new people; we provide the technical training
• Schedule flexibility aligned to weather events
• Stamina to manage a roughly 60-day sales cycle prior to commission payout
• Physical ability to climb ladders and access roofs
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
• Smartphone (photos, video, and apps)
• Self-motivation, accountability, and a growth mindset
• Sales experience is a plus, not a must — coachability wins

Training That Sets You Up

Every new hire completes a 7-day fast-track:

• Classroom learning: storm damage, construction basics, insurance claims
• Field immersion: ride-alongs and live inspections
• Sales practice: role-play and objection handling

You’ll finish ready to represent homeowners confidently and uphold our standard for worry-free exterior protection.

Earnings & Perks

• $150,000 on-target earnings; average first year around $100K; Top 25% earn $200K+; Top rep 2025: $300K+
• Base salary plus commission plan
• Average commission of $2,500 per completed claim
• Monthly and annual performance bonuses
