Residential Roofing Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead and scale our residential division in the Chicago market. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, build, and manage a high-performing residential roofing sales team
  • Drive business development and revenue growth across the Chicago market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
  • Establish, track, and optimize KPIs to ensure consistent performance and accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and key partners
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
