Key Responsibilities

Drive residential and commercial roofing sales through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and insurance representatives. Conduct roof inspections and guide clients through the inspection, insurance, and installation processes. Manage projects from signed contract through completion-ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while maintaining a professional company image.

Qualifications

2+ years of successful sales experience in roofing (residential and/or commercial), construction, or related industries. Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to inspect roofs and work outdoors as needed.
