Residential Sales and Service Plumber

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is looking for an experienced full-time Residential Sales and Service Plumber who can complete high-quality work, sell upgrades, and form positive connections with homeowners. Compensation: You'll earn a competitive base pay and receive commission on sold jobs for an earning potential of $75,000 - $150,000 per year.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• TX state master, journeyman, or tradesman plumbing license
• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Sales experience or knowledge - sales are a required aspect of this position
• Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 5 years)
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional communication skills

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE

Our Residential Sales and Service Plumbers are responsible for:

• Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Independently assessing customers' residential plumbing systems and correctly diagnosing the source of any issues
• Clearly explaining service options and selling additional replacements and/or upgrades when appropriate
• Performing compliant, high-quality plumbing services
• Treating customers and their homes respectfully and professionally
• Participating in ongoing technical training to continuously improve and grow within the trade
