We're looking for candidates with some residential sales experience (solar, pest control, internet, security, home improvement). No degree, water experience, or formal sales training is required.
What You'll Get- $80,000 to $150,000 per year
- 8-week paid training on water quality, our products, and our in-home sales process. ($8,000)

What You Need: - Great rapport-building skills
- Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments
What You'll Do: - Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
- A steady stream of company-generated leads
- Freedom to produce new leads through referrals, events, and networking, so you're never capped on income
- Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
- Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions solving real household problems (hard water damage, scale buildup, contamination concerns)
- Close same-day using a consultative approach (complete training provided)
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
