CertaPro Painters of New Bern–Jacksonville is looking for a driven, people-focused, results-oriented go-getter to own the customer experience from first consultation to final walkthrough.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role combining sales, leadership, and production management. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, leading teams, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Sales & Customer Experience
- Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationships
- Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close projects
- Communicate clearly and consistently with customers
- Represent CertaPro Painters through marketing and community events

Production & Leadership
- Manage residential painting projects from start to finish
- Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain field team members
- Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are met

Business & Growth
- Collaborate with sales, office, and production teams
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Set, meet, and exceed performance goals

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Sales or construction/painting experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed
- Spanish speaking a plus but not required
