Residential Sealcoat Laborer

GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

No experience necessary, willing to train

Crack sealing, Sealcoating, and Linestriping Maintaining equipment Sweeping and clean up Must be available to work nights and weekends Out of state work may be required Ability to work independently and have strong time management skills

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Class D license OSHA 10 + Must abide by all safety policies

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather. Works with hazardous materials Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 50lbs throughout the day Be able to stand several hours a day Must be able to work the snow season
