We are looking to hire a seasoned Plumber who possesses mechanical knack, 2+ years of experience, and a commitment to excellent work.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in residential plumbing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer relations skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record.
• Minnesota Journeyman/Master Plumber license (or immediate eligibility).
• Positive, team-first attitude and pride in workmanship.
• Possession of standard professional hand tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose plumbing issues and deliver clear, expert solutions to customers.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and office staff to deliver top-shelf service and coordination
• Complete jobs with strong attention to detail
• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, drain cleaning and more
• Prioritize job site safety while following local plumbing codes
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records

Work Hours:

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

Weekend and Evening on-call rotation after training period
