What You'll Do:

As a Residential Security Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for high-profile clients and their properties. Your duties will include:

Monitor and manage access to the residence, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
\n
Conduct regular patrols of the premises and utilize surveillance systems to detect and deter security threats.
\n
Quickly assess and respond to security breaches, suspicious activities, or emergencies, following established protocols.
\n
Ensure the safety and privacy of clients, their families, and guests while maintaining a professional and discreet presence.
\n
Maintain clear and concise communication with security team members and supervisors. Document all incidents and daily activities in detailed reports.
\n
Be ready to respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other critical incidents as required.
\n
Work closely with other security personnel, household staff, and law enforcement when necessary to uphold security measures.
\n
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and situational awareness at all times.

Requirements:

Valid CA Guard Card
\n
Valid CA Exposed Firearms Permit
\n
Prior security experience preferred
\n
Military or law enforcement background preferred
\n
Ability to pass a criminal background check
\n
Drug-free
\n
Highly motivated and disciplined
