The Opportunity:

You will serve as a premier technical specialist diagnostics expert diagnosing and resolving residential electrical issues within new home developments. This role empowers you to use your advanced problem-solving skills to deliver top-tier service directly to homeowners and builders. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex residential electrical system failures and code violations safely.
• Execute precise electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades in new construction homes.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners to explain technical issues and solution options.
• Manage field service calls efficiently to meet daily scheduling commitments and maximize travel routes.
• Generate additional service revenue through professional recommendations and matching client needs to solutions.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of service calls, materials utilized, and finalized billing data.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven professional experience working independently as a service technician in residential environments.
• Valid driver's license paired with a verified clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve customer service challenges calmly.
• Deep technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, diagnostics, and modern safety codes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 6 or more years of dedicated experience specializing in residential electrical service and installations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
