Residential Service - HAC Technician | $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Pay based on experience + spiff opportunities + additional on‑call compensation

Schedule: Monday through Friday | On‑call rotation every 5th week, with a 10:00 p.m. cutoff.

Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30am

Position Overview:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential HVAC equipment
• Perform annual / routine maintenance
• Advise homeowners on repair solutions, system upgrades, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, and replacement recommendations
• Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Formal HVAC training
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• EPA Certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
