Residential Plumbing Technician
CJS Heating & Air
CJS Heating & Air is seeking experienced Residential Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team of professionals. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, deliver excellent customer service, and are motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
Compensation
Top-performing technicians earn $50.00+ per hour

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
Work on toilets, faucets, water heaters, and general plumbing components
Perform common plumbing repairs and soldering
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance
Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and recommend appropriate solutions
Respond to service calls and prepare accurate cost estimates
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Minimum of 7+ years of residential plumbing experience required
Strong working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and repairs
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
