The Residential Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience while representing the company.

Plumber Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Install water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and plumbing piping.
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer line diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Complete plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
• Provide accurate documentation, estimates, and service reports using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Follow all local plumbing codes and company safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.

Plumber Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning, sewer repairs, and general plumbing service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license preferred
