The Role As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll be the face of Radiant in our customers' homes. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and perform high-quality repairs with professionalism and care. This is a customer-focused role that combines strong technical ability with communication and problem-solving. You'll use ServiceTitan on an iPad to document work, present options, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

What You'll Need
Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
2–3 years of residential service plumbing experience
Valid driver's license with no major violations in the past 3 years
Comfort training and guiding an apprentice
Ability to confidently use an iPad and ServiceTitan
Strong customer service skills, including diagnosing issues and clearly explaining and recommending repairs
