Residential Service Plumber

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Residential Service Plumbers for immediate opportunities throughout the Cleveland area. We are seeking plumbers who can independently diagnose residential plumbing issues, complete repairs and installations, and provide professional service in occupied homes. Two openings are available with a four-day workweek.

Pay & Overtime:
$25.00–$29.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Overtime opportunities will depend on workload and scheduling needs.

Schedule:
Four 10-hour days per week, 40 hours total. Immediate start available.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogged drains, broken piping, and malfunctioning plumbing fixtures.
• Install and replace toilets, sinks, showers, dishwashers, piping, water supply components, and waste systems.
• Troubleshoot residential plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Respond to service and emergency plumbing needs, including leaks and failed plumbing components.
• Read applicable plans and work within residential plumbing and building-code requirements.
• Safely operate plumbing hand and power tools, pipe cutters, threading equipment, and drain/sewer cleaning equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on residential plumbing/service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete common plumbing repairs independently.
• Experience installing and replacing residential plumbing fixtures and piping.
• Working knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Ability to communicate professionally while working in residential/occupied environments.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work throughout the Cleveland area.
