What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems

• Run service calls independently while delivering top-tier customer service

• Install and repair fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, sump pumps, garbage disposals, and related systems

• Perform drain cleaning and assist with sewer and water line repairs as needed

• Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers with honesty and professionalism

• Complete work orders accurately using mobile/electronic documentation

• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• Follow all applicable plumbing codes and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Apprentice, Journeyman, or equivalent residential plumbing experience

• Experience independently running residential service calls strongly preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, work in crawl spaces, and meet the physical demands of the job
