Compensation & Rewards

• Base pay based on experience: $25–$50/hr
• Uncapped performance bonuses — many high performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ total

• On-call that respects your life: department-wide rotation typically once every 12–15 weeks

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead residential plumbing service and repair calls — including the challenging diagnostics. You’ll identify root causes, offer honest choices (repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements), and create relationships that bring customers back requesting you by name.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across a variety of residential systems
• Prevent callbacks by spotting emerging problems early
• Guide homeowners through clear options so they can decide confidently
• Own your performance — know your metrics and hit revenue and service goals

What You Bring

• Solid residential plumbing experience running service calls in real homes
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and local codes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Fluent in English

Physical Demands & Field Environment

Expect a hands-on, mobile role: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, reaching, using hand tools, and operating equipment. You’ll lift 50+ pounds regularly, work in hot/cold conditions (including crawl spaces), and spend time outdoors across New Jersey’s seasons. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required.
