We're growing and looking for a Residential Service & Sales Plumber who loves residential work, diagnosing issues, and guiding homeowners through bigger projects when their home needs it, like sewer line replacements, reroutes, and trenchless solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based pay plan: $25$35/hour at target, depending on experience, plus uncapped sales bonuses. Top performers earn well into six figures. Paid weekly.

What You'll Do

• Run residential service calls and perform plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics

• Help homeowners choose the right long-term solution for bigger projects like sewer replacements, reroutes, trenchless repairs, repipes, and drain solutions, recommending only what their home truly needs

• Use cameras, hydrostatic testing, isolation testing, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and recommend the best solutions

• Build estimates and walk homeowners through their options and financing clearly and honestly

• Project-manage the sewer projects you recommend. Our underground sewer work is completed by trusted subcontractors, and you'll coordinate with the customer and subs on timelines, communication, and change orders

• Deliver outstanding customer service: explain problems clearly, build trust, and ensure 100% satisfaction

• Share the options and quality products Halo offers so homeowners can make informed decisions

• Document jobs and communicate effectively with dispatch and the office team in ServiceTitan

What We're Looking For

• 35 years of hands-on plumbing experience, residential service focus preferred

• ServiceTitan experience required

• Minimum apprentice card holder (Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman welcome)

• Sales experience in the field: comfortable presenting options, answering questions, and helping homeowners make confident decisions face-to-face

• Ability to run job site diagnostics, including camera inspections and pressure testing

• Your own tools, including pipe wrenches, drills, reciprocating saws, M12s, and ProPress tools

• Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, and able to meet our vehicle insurance requirements

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities

• Honest, dependable, organized, and customer-focused, with a professional appearance

• Ability to pass a background check

• Located within a reasonable commute (under 45 minutes) of our Houston shop

• Nexstar experience a plus

MondayFriday. No on-call weekends and no after-hours rotation.
