We are looking for a skilled and dependable Residential Service Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC systems, and basic electrical repairs. Essential Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in residential properties
  
• Troubleshoot and repair common plumbing issues
  
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance and basic diagnostics
  
• Complete minor electrical repairs and maintenance tasks
  
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
