— What You'll Do —
• Run residential service calls independently and confidently
• Diagnose electrical issues and present clear solutions to homeowners
• Install and repair wiring, outlets, panels, switches, and lighting fixtures
• Ensure all work meets NEC and Texas electrical code standards
• Use ServiceTitan to manage work orders, estimates, and customer notes
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and ready to work
• Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism and integrity on every call
— What We're Looking For —
• Current Texas Wireman License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of residential service experience, including service calls
• ServiceTitan proficiency (required)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly with homeowners
• Comfortable meeting sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
