We are looking for a Resident Services Team Lead to join our team providing hands-on support and case management to formerly homeless individuals and families in San Francisco.

This is a meaningful, community-centered role where your work directly shapes lives. You will lead day-to-day operations of an on-site Resident Services office, providing purposeful case management, crisis intervention, and housing retention support within a Housing First and Harm Reduction framework.

What You Will Do

- Carry a caseload of up to 25 residents, conducting assessments, developing service plans, and ensuring follow-up and referrals are completed and documented

- Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and de-escalation support to residents as needed

- Accompany clients to community-based appointments and connect them with local resources

- Collaborate with on-site Resident Services Counselors and coordinate across departments to deliver seamless, resident-centered care

- Support residents with housing retention strategies and empower them through community building activities

- Help facilitate monthly community meetings and contribute to a welcoming, stable environment for all residents

- Partner with the Resident Services Manager on administrative duties and organizational initiatives

What You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related behavioral science (Master's degree or certification such as CAADAC or CCAPP strongly preferred)

- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use challenges, mental health issues, or disability

- At least 1 year of case management and crisis intervention experience

- Solid working knowledge of supportive housing, Housing First, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction principles

- Familiarity with San Francisco community resources and service programs

- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce or similar database platforms

- A genuine commitment to social justice advocacy

- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Russian is a plus
