A growing semi-custom home builder is seeking a Residential Superintendent in Asheboro, NC, covering a 40-mile radius including Asheboro, Lexington, Salisbury, Tyler City, North Greensboro, and Bisco. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity for an experienced residential construction leader to manage multiple scatter lot home builds, drive projects to completion in as little as 120 days, and join a tight-knit team focused on quality, execution, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Superintendent position include:
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a health insurance allowance to cover 80%-100% of the premium, 401(k) with a 3% match when the employee contributes 6%, 2 weeks of vacation time that may be negotiable, relocation assistance considered for the right candidate, bonus opportunities for meeting build time goals, fuel coverage, and a monthly vehicle allowance.
