Luxury Residential Construction Superintendent
Our client is an established luxury residential builder based in the Greater Boston area with over 35 employees and more than $20M in annual revenue. They specialize in custom homes, townhome and brownstone renovations, condominium renovations, and high-end remodeling projects throughout Boston and the surrounding communities. Job Description
Manage luxury residential construction and renovation projects valued between $500K and $5M. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite construction activities. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain jobsite safety compliance. Communicate project updates with clients, project managers, and leadership teams. Assist with scheduling, logistics, material deliveries, and project documentation. Perform light carpentry or hands-on construction work when project needs require. Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and stakeholders throughout project execution.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Residential Superintendent should have:
- 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential construction
- Experience managing high-end or luxury residential projects required
- Ability and willingness to wear a toolbelt and perform light carpentry work as needed
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high-quality standards
- Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
- Must be able to commute to project sites throughout Boston and surrounding areas
