Job TitleResidential SuperintendentJob DescriptionManage all phases of residential construction projects, from start to finish. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any construction-related issues. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project progress and updates.
