Background Profile

• Ability to build rapport and maintain client satisfaction during the building process.

• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

• Ability to multitask and read blueprints

• Motivate building partners to perform at a high level of competency.

• ProCore experience is a plus.

• Operate with a high level of integrity.

• 3+ years as a custom, luxury residential superintendent or similar experience.
