Residential Supervisor

Latham Centers, a nationally recognized leader in supporting children and adults with complex special needs, including Prader-Willi syndrome, is seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor. In this role, you will manage an interdisciplinary team to provide residential support while ensuring a positive, healthy, and safe living environment for students and staff. You will actively collaborate with residential counselors, students, supervisors, administrators, clinical staff, teachers, ancillary staff, and families to foster a supportive and structured residential program.

Location: Brewster, MA
Compensation: $60,000 annually
Schedule: Wed - Fri 12-9p, Sa 8a-9p

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies
  • Oversee service planning and required documentation
  • Develop outcome measures through data collection (IEPs, life skills assessments, etc.)
  • Maintain program compliance with DMR, OCCS, and QUEST requirements, including staff training, behavior management plans, reports, and evaluations
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with staff and administration
  • Provide emergency backup coverage for the program
  • Actively participate in team meetings and supervision
  • Provide therapeutic crisis intervention as needed
  • Coordinate staff training schedules and maintain training records
  • Assist with program development and design
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Children’s Services
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one year of supervisory experience preferred, or five years of residential treatment experience with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience
  • Three years of residential treatment experience with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration training provided if not already held
