Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. based on program needs. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and recovery-focused Residential Support Advisor to join our Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) program. This position plays a vital role in supporting adults living with serious mental illness by promoting recovery, independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.
The Residential Support Advisor serves as a resource and advocate for residents, provides support during times of crisis, responds to overflow crisis calls, and assists residents in accessing appointments, community resources, and recreational activities. This position works closely with residents, residential staff, leadership, behavioral health professionals, families, and community partners to create a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Respond to overflow crisis calls and provide crisis intervention and support utilizing recovery-oriented approaches.
Build positive and supportive relationships with residents while promoting self-determination and recovery.
Provide direct support and assistance to residents in achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
Assist residents with developing life skills, social skills, coping strategies, and community living skills.
Transport residents to medical, psychiatric, dental, and other essential appointments.
Support residents' participation in community integration and recreational activities, including shopping, fairs, bowling, dining outings, community events, and other recovery-focused activities.
Facilitate or assist with recreational, educational, and recovery-oriented groups and activities.
Collaborate with residential staff, leadership, and treatment providers to address resident needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, resident contacts, and crisis interventions.
Promote a safe, respectful, and therapeutic living environment for all residents.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other program activities as required.
