Adult Residential Support Professional
Location: Waukesha County, WI
Schedule: Part-time | 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm, Saturday & Sunday)

About the Role
Under supervision, you will provide direct support, structure, and care to adults participating in our Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) programs. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, supportive environment while helping residents build skills for recovery and independent living. [LSS Job Op..._2025_6_16 | Word]
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residents while modeling appropriate behavior
- Monitor safety, document behaviors, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Monitor or administer medications per program guidelines
- Support treatment plan goals and reinforce positive behaviors
- Respond to crisis situations and emergencies appropriately
- Lead group activities and teach life skills as needed
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as required
- Communicate updates while maintaining confidentiality
- Attend team meetings and complete required trainings
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass motor vehicle check and meet LSS driving requirements
