Location: Kennett Square, PA

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Program: Community Residential Rehabilitation Program

What Youll Do

  • Plan and prepare daily meals for residents, ensuring quality, nutrition, and compliance with specific dietary needs

  • Order groceries and household supplies, manage inventory, and maintain organized storage areas

  • Assist with general household duties, including cleaning and organization

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and shared living spaces

  • Create weekly menus that meet dietary restrictions and preferences

  • Interact with residents in a supportive and respectful manner

  • Monitor medication regimens (as applicable)

  • Document required information and services accurately and on time

  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partners

  • Follow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reporting procedures

What Were Looking For

  • 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)
  • High school diploma/equivalent required
  • Experience in cooking, meal preparation, meal planning, or food service (home or professional setting) - strongly preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Clearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.
