Residential Support Staff

Starting wage is $16.50/hr

As Residential Support Staff, you will provide supervision, instruction, and guidance to individuals in supported community living while working one-on-one or in small groups. Candidate must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation. Candidate must be willing to drive their own vehicle and be reimbursed for mileage. HS diploma or GED required.

Schedule: Part-time between the hours of 7am-7pm

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to participants
• Assist during meal times
• Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes
• Monitor medication and completing required documentation
• Provide safe transportation of participants
• Plan and supervise outings and recreational activities
