Residential Technician - HVAC Service

Residential Technician - HVAC Service | $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Pay depending on experience

Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | On call every 5 weeks | occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Perform on-demand service, diagnostic and repairs on residential and light commercial heating & AC equipment
• Annual and routine maintenance
• 80% Residential service & maintenance, and 20% Light Commercial mainly rooftop units
• Educate customers on repairs, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement options

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of field experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification(s) or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
• State Technician's Card (Department of Licensing & Regulation) required
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills across a wide range of residential HVAC systems
• Proficient in HVAC system design and ductwork modification
• Solid understanding of low-voltage HVAC systems
• Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
