Residential Technician - HVAC Service | $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Pay depending on experience
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday | On call every 5 weeks | occasional overtime
Job Duties:
Perform on-demand service, diagnostic and repairs on residential and light commercial heating & AC equipment
Annual and routine maintenance
80% Residential service & maintenance, and 20% Light Commercial mainly rooftop units
Educate customers on repairs, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement options

Qualifications:
3 + years of field experience as an HVAC Service Technician
EPA Universal Certification required
NATE Certification(s) or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
State Technician's Card (Department of Licensing & Regulation) required
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills across a wide range of residential HVAC systems
Proficient in HVAC system design and ductwork modification
Solid understanding of low-voltage HVAC systems
Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
