About the Role The Residential Addictions Treatment Facilitator provides direct supervision, structure, and support to clients in a licensed residential substance use disorder treatment program, ensuring safety, accountability, and a recovery-focused environment in compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules. Key Responsibilities Provide daily supervision and support to residential clients Maintain therapeutic structure and reinforce program expectations Supervise clients during activities, appointments, and outings Administer medications and maintain accurate MARs Conduct urinalysis collection and documentation Perform property, physical, and room searches as required Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and security Complete timely documentation and incident reporting Collaborate with clinical and treatment team members
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience in residential treatment, addiction recovery, or behavioral health preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and follow policies Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to pass required background checks and TB screening Valid Oregon driver's license preferred (required if transporting clients)
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of OAR 309-018 residential standards Familiarity with trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and de-escalation Experience with recovery-oriented treatment models
