Residential Trim Plumber

Location: Seattle, WA | Full-time, on-site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $45 - $55 per hour, based on experience

Our approximately 23-person team includes multiple generations from five different families, with many employees who have built decades-long careers here.

As a Trim Plumber, you will complete the final plumbing installations on residential remodeling projects. From setting toilets and installing faucets to working with luxury fixtures, your craftsmanship will provide the finishing touches that make each project fully functional and ready for the client. This position is ideal for a licensed plumber who takes pride in precision, works well independently, and enjoys delivering high-quality results in clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install sinks, toilets, tubs, faucets, and luxury plumbing fixtures during the final stages of residential remodeling projects
• Pressure-test plumbing systems and ensure all work meets applicable code requirements
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make precise adjustments for proper function
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to help keep projects on schedule
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and project partners
• Represent Quality Plumbing's standard of craftsmanship and care on every project

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber license required. PL01 or PL02 certification preferred 
• Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred, particularly in trim or final-installation work
• Experience with high-end residential fixtures and remodeling projects
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle insurance requirements. 
• Ability to report reliably to the required starting location and travel to assigned project sites throughout the Seattle area. 

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 position
• Pay:$45 - $55 per hour, based on experience
• Consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call work
