Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Window & Door Installation Technician to join a growing team specializing in residential renovation and replacement projects. This hands-on role requires strong installation skills, attention to detail, and finish carpentry experience to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements
• Perform trim work, finish carpentry, and final detailing to complete installations
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure materials as needed
• Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• Inspect completed work to verify proper operation and appearance
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow project instructions
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential windows and doors required
• Experience with trim carpentry and finish work required
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and complete I-9 verification
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Basic installation tools preferred
• Ability to work at various residential job sites throughout Ventura County

Schedule

• Flexible schedule based on workload
• Typically 2–5 days per week

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, position, and install windows and doors
