    Description

Step Into a Day as Our Resistance Spot Welding Specialist

Picture your shift starting with a blueprint review. You line up the day’s jobs, confirm materials, and dial in your settings. First up: precision spot welds to hit tight production specs. Then, you switch gears into MIG and TIG work, bringing seams together cleanly and consistently. Throughout the day, you own the quality—measuring, inspecting, and documenting results against industry standards.

    What You’ll Handle

    • Execute primarily spot welding, with additional MIG and TIG welding across multiple materials to meet production requirements.
    • Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate weld sequences and setups.
    • Perform in-process and final quality checks to verify compliance with applicable standards.
    • Keep welding tools and equipment in peak condition through routine care and basic upkeep.
    • Coordinate with teammates to streamline workflow and boost throughput.
    • Follow all safety procedures while keeping your station clean and organized.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a welding technical certification is preferred.
    • Hands-on experience with spot, MIG, and TIG processes, with a solid grasp of welding techniques.
    • Working knowledge of filler materials, shielding gases, and equipment settings.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical specifications.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
    • Problem-solving ability and the flexibility to work independently or on a team.
    • Familiarity with welding safety standards and best practices.

If you take pride in clean, reliable welds and enjoy moving between spot, MIG, and TIG work, you’ll fit right in.
