Resort Ambassador

We offer a luxury glamping environment on 300 acres in a stunning natural environment. As a Resort Ambassador at El Capitan Canyon Resort, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team who help provide a world class guest experience while playing an important role in maintaining the integrity and security of the resort.

Job Summary:

As Resort Ambassador, you will report to our Guest Services Manager. You will work together to…

• Greet all visitors, vendors, and contractors directing them to their destinations.
• Obtain names and information from our guests entering the resort.
• Answer the telephone courteously and relay information provided to the appropriate channels.
• Receiving and tracking of packages and mail for resort operations
• Note and report unusual occurrences.
• Assist with noise complaints, parking issues or other security responsibilities as needed.
• Drive the canyon regularly to escort guests, or delivering provisions to our guests in their designated cabins.
• Monitor the resort noting any deficiencies, or maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Education
• Ability to read maps
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
