As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you'll oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and optimizing profitability across resort operations.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll become part of a team where innovation meets impact—and where your expertise helps shape unforgettable guest experiences, every day.

The anticipated hire date for this position is Spring 2026. This role may involve supporting multiple properties and requires flexibility for travel and potential relocation within our resort portfolio as organizational needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support resort-wide goals
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal controls
  • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership for business decision-making
  • Supervise and develop the finance/accounting team
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial relationships
  • Drive process improvements and optimize financial systems

What We're Looking For:

  • A four-year college degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
  • Requires professional certification (e.g., CPA) or the equivalent level of experience.
  • Experience with resorts, hotels, and the hospitality industry
  • Five to ten years of employment in a related position (Finance/Accounting) with hospitality companies/organizations is preferred.

A Sampling of Our Benefits

Our team enjoys a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Career growth opportunities with promotion from within
  • 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage for full-time associates
  • Employee appreciation events, discounts, and perks at all resorts
  • Education assistance programs to help advance your career
  • Be Part of Something Extraordinary

That's why we're proud to be recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Midsize Employers, America's Best Employers for Women, and by USA TODAY as the #1 Best Indoor Water Park.

Here, careers thrive, innovation is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to create meaningful moments. Whether you're delivering guest service, crafting memorable meals, or leading a team, your work makes a real impact.
