Position Overview

As a Resource Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities and administrative functions. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage help desk operations, responding to client and team inquiries promptly.
  • Utilize Maximo software for tracking work orders, asset management, and reporting.
  • Perform essential administrative duties including document management, data entry, and communications.
  • Support facility operations with timely and accurate resource allocation.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with maintenance scheduling and help desk operations.
  • Proficiency in Maximo or similar asset management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
