Resource Deployment Manager (Certified RMCP) / Resource Manager / Staffing Manager
Location: Hybrid role in Irving, TX
Note: Must be authorized to work for any employer and willing to work on W2. Unable to sponsor Visa. Can't do C2C Corp to Corp or 1099.
- Will lead end-to-end resource deployment and project staffing with suppliers, ensuring optimal utilization and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify, address, and communicate resourcing challenges impacting project schedules.
- Analyze large datasets using Tableau, Looker, and SmartSheet to automate resource management tasks and generate actionable insights.
- Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, processes, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive human capital management strategies to support organizational objectives and project needs.
Must have:
- Strong background in resource management and project staffing
- Certified Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)
- Advanced business analytics skills; proficiency in Tableau, Looker, and SmartSheet
- Exceptional technical writing, editing, and communication abilities
