Job Overview:

The Resource Manager III will be responsible for overseeing and managing resources to ensure the successful execution of projects and operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to align resources with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, allocate, and manage resources to meet project and operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify resource needs and address gaps.
• Monitor resource utilization and optimize efficiency across projects.
• Develop and maintain resource management plans and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in resource allocation.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on resource availability and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in resource management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in resource management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour on W2
