Position Summary
The Resource Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the deployment of field personnel across industrial maintenance, mechanical, shutdown, and capital projects. This role ensures the right employees are assigned to the right projects based on skill set, certifications, availability, customer requirements, and project schedules. The Resource Manager works closely with project managers, superintendents, recruiting, and customers to maintain workforce efficiency while supporting project success and employee development.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage changing priorities, and strong communication with both field personnel and management.

Essential Responsibilities
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in industrial staffing, workforce planning, talent acquisition, or project coordination, with a proven ability to support labor demands for industrial construction, mechanical contracting, and maintencnace operations.
Experience supporting industrial facilities such as:
Manufacturing
Strong understanding of industrial craft positions including:- Millwrights
Experience coordinating shutdowns, outages, or turnaround staffing is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based with occasional visits to industrial job sites.
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
Ability to travel to customer locations and project sites as needed.
Must be able to work outside normal business hours during plant outages or emergency staffing situations.
