Resource Planner / Office Administrator (Williston, VT / Full-time)

Develop and maintain resource plans aligned with project schedulesMonitor resource capacity, utilization, and availabilityCoordinate staffing assignments based on skills, priorities, and workload demandsCollaborate with project managers and leadership to understand resource needsIdentify resource gaps or surpluses and recommend solutions (e.g., hiring, reallocation, outsourcing)Track and report key metrics such as utilization rates, staffing levels, and forecast accuracyMaintain office supplies & equipmentSupport staff with purchase requisitions, etc.Support onboarding activities, including workspace setup and documentation

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with project/resource planning tools (MS Project, Jira a plus)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
