Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide patient-centered care while serving as a resource for all departments as needed. You may be assigned to work in a single unit for the entire shift or assist multiple departments throughout the day, including the Emergency Department (ED), Family Birth Unit (FBU), or Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Experience with sedation is required, as this position will also support our new Interventional Radiology service.
As a vital member of the patient care team, you will deliver nursing care tailored to the individual needs of each patient, following the nursing process. Your colleagues will depend on you to ensure that patient needs are met and expected outcomes are achieved.

What you'll need:
Current Washington State RN license in good standing
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Required.
Advanced current certification required or preferred for specific patient populations:
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nurse Care Course (TNCC), American Nurses Assoc. Med-Surg., Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Certified Nurse Operation Room (CNOR), Mother-Friendly, Wound Care, Procedural Sedation, Chemotherapy, Anti-coagulation therapy management, Oncology, Hospice and Palliative Nursing
2 years of experience in ICU/ED and Sedation required
