What Youll Do
Step into classrooms across all age groups to provide seamless support where its needed most. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that helps children thrive. Assist with lessons, routines, supervision, and transitions throughout the day. Implement the Primrose curriculum and uphold classroom standards with confidence. Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in early childhood education is a strong plus. Adaptability, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements.
