Each week, our Resource Teacher helps bring a unique theme to life, creating engaging experiences and guiding every classroom through special activities that spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

What You'll Do
As our Resource Teacher – STEM & Enrichment, you will:
- Design and lead engaging weekly themes and enrichment experiences
- Bring STEM, art, sensory exploration, and hands-on learning to life
- Guide each classroom through unique activities tailored to the children's ages and developmental levels
- Create memorable experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and wonder
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers to extend classroom learning through special projects and experiences
- Build positive relationships with children across the entire school
- Help create school-wide events, celebrations, and seasonal activities
- Support a culture of joyful learning and exploration
- Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards

Qualifications
Candidates must meet North Carolina licensing requirements.
Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, educational, art, music, STEM, or enrichment setting is preferred, but we are willing to train exceptional candidates who demonstrate warmth, creativity, professionalism, and a desire to inspire children.
