What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production standards
• Monitoring product quality and removing defective items
• Rotating across multiple production lines and tasks
• Safely operating a forklift to move materials and finished goods
• Supporting shipping and receiving (loading/unloading, inventory checks)
• Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment
• Maintaining accurate production and performance records
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe

What Makes You a Good Fit

We’re looking for team players who are dependable and adaptable:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to get certified
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Word/Excel basics)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Work Environment & Expectations

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Willingness to rotate shifts or departments to support team needs and skill development
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Must have reliable transportation and be reachable when scheduled

Additional Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement and maintenance processes (cleaning, inspection, adjustments)
• Assist in minimizing downtime by identifying and reporting equipment issues
• Fill in across production areas as needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
