Schedule
Typical hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., as scheduled.
What You'll Do
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize respiratory care equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and distribution of respiratory supplies and medical gases.
- Track and maintain respiratory equipment.
- Deliver oxygen and replace compressed gas cylinders as needed.
- Support Respiratory Therapists during CPR and other patient care procedures.
- Maintain proficiency with hospital computer systems and departmental processes.
- Provide excellent service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Must be able to lift equipment and or supplies weighing up to 30 pounds and push/handle equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
Preferred:
- Previous healthcare, patient care, customer service, or equipment-related experience.
- Interest in exploring a healthcare career, particularly respiratory therapy.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
