Position Overview: This position is one of performing Respiratory Therapy modalities in a progressive health care environment. On a day-to-day basis, the therapist will often have to perform technical procedures on complex life support systems, and make on the spot decisions that affect patient care. In a wide variety of settings from neonatal to geriatric. The therapist also has the responsibility for assuring that all prescribed therapy is performed with quality.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSING URERCP-Respiratory Care Practitioner BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Active membership in the A.A.R.C. (American Association for Respiratory Care) recommended Active membership in the C.S.R.C. (California Society for Respiratory Care) recommended License or Certification Must have, present and maintain current valid license from Respiratory Care Examining Committee
PREferred EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN One or more years experience in the practical application of Respiratory Therapy under medical supervision. With experience In the practical application of Respiratory Therapy procedures under medical direction.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Demonstration of proficiency during clinical rotation in accredited school of Respiratory Therapy Must present valid license from Respiratory Care Board or Certificate of Completion from accredited Respiratory Therapy Program and a valid work permit
