Position OverviewOur patner Bryant staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Respiratory Manager to oversee daily operations of its respiratory therapy department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting staff development and departmental performance.Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily departmental operations to align with organizational goals
• Lead staff recruitment, scheduling, payroll oversight, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Provide guidance on conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary
• Monitor departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, including HIPAA
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and procurement processes to maintain operational readiness
• Evaluate patient care quality and coordinate services across clinical teams and departments
• Deliver hands-on patient care support when needed
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, physicians, and external partners

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Additional coverage for open shifts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Certified Respiratory Care Therapist with a current Arkansas state license
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
